The apartment is well-presented, spacious, air-conditioned and heated throughout. It has been redecorated and revamped to give greater comfort and style.
The large lounge/dining room has ample space for all the family to relax on holiday.
From the lounge the patio doors lead onto the balcony with table and chairs for dining al fresco.
The kitchen has been re-equipped with a new hob, oven. fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. We have also taken down a wall to make it open plan.
A separate utility room with a washing machine and drying area is located through the kitchen.
Off the hall are three bedrooms, all of which have fitted wardrobes. There are two double bedrooms, one master with a double bed and one twin bedded room. The third has bunk beds. A bathroom en suite serves the master bedroom and the other rooms have a separate shower room with W.C.
Cots are available on request and fit comfortably in the master bedroom, (and in the twin bedded room at a squeeze). The bunk bed has been replaced with a modern and safer full size bunk bed not shown in this picture.
